My husband ordered the Q2 Mini in Feb. 2021 because of lower back issues. The Q2 mini is especially helpful to help relieve lower back pain when we take long trips in the car. This summer he lost the cord/left it in a hotel room. I contacted customer support and they quickly mailed us a new cord. Thank goodness! We have our two-day 1,000 mile trip south coming up. I can’t image our trip without it. The mini is small enough to fit in your overnight bag.
